HOW LONG BEFORE I GET MY STUFF?

NEED YOUR ORDER FOR THE HOLIDAYS? JUST PUT THE WORD "HOLIDAY" IN THE MESSAGE BOX #2 OF THE SHOPPING CART WHEN CHECKING OUT WE WILL CONFIRM WITH DETAILS WITHIN 24 TO 48 HOURS.

Orders usually ship anywhere from 2 to 17 days. We will send an email with usps.com tracking confirmation when your order ships.

We ship all items in stock immediately and we automatically backorder items when they are out of stock at no extra shipping cost to you.

Due to the erratic reprinting schedule of the tour merchandise we carry some harder to find items may take more than 17 days to ship. If this is the case, we will contact you by e mail on a weekly basis and keep you informed on the status of your order.

HOW DO I CHECK ON AN ORDER I'VE ALREADY PLACED?

You can contact us using this form. Be sure to give us your full name, zip code and order number. If you cannot remember all the details, just give us your name and zip code and we'll do the best we can. We'll try to reply as quickly as possible, but please give us a reasonable amount of time to respond.



NOT THAT I WANT TO, BUT CAN I RETURN STUFF?

Please note that under US Postal Service security measures all returned items must be packed with the following information clearly visible on the outside of the package:

1-Your name, address and zip code as listed on the invoice
2-Your invoice number from the top of the invoice
3-All items without these will be refused!!!

Unworn, unwashed, unused merchandise will be accepted for return up to 30 days after the ship date on your invoice (not nine months...you know who you are!) The stuff must be received in resell-able condition. Returns that don't meet these conditions will not be credited, and will not be returned to you! We do not reimburse for any shipping costs. If you want an even exchange for an item, add $4.00 for restocking. Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced.
